NCG offers a 1 year full replacement warranty to all of our end user clients. Our Certified technicians take pride in the testing process of each item we receive, and stand behind our mission to satisfy our clients with quality equipment. If for any reason you experience issues with any equipment, we are here to assist you, and will make it a priority to replace your equipment, and in most cases we will ship you a replacement overnight. We offer a 90 day warranty to all of our brokers. They are treated with the same details as for our clients, and we guarantee all equipment is in working order when it arrives. Extended warranties are available upon request, and we will work with our clients, and brokers to accommodate them with each purchase they receive.
